Our Team Philosophy

The employees of Soukup Construction are our most valuable asset. We recognize the fact that without good employees, Soukup Construction Inc. could not operate. Soukup Construction also recognizes the fact that without strong family support, we could not operate the long hours we do when our jobs and workload require it. In recognition of that fact, each year Soukup Construction has a holiday party in which families are invited to attend. In addition, each year Soukup Construction tries to have a summer party as well. The previous location for some of these parties includes: Thunder Road Amusement Park, Sioux Falls Canaries Stadium, Ramkota Hotel, Empire Bowl and VFW.
